Delete your account
How to delete your Snowball account and the data that belongs to it

You can delete your account yourself inside the Snowball app, or ask us to delete it by email.
Delete it in the app (immediate)
Using the delete-account feature in the app removes your account and all of your data right away.

Open your profile
Tap the More tab at the bottom of the app, then open your profile.

Choose "Delete account"
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.

Confirm
Tap Delete in the confirmation dialog and it is done immediately.
⚠️ Deleting your account permanently removes your saving records, goals, ledger entries and all other data. It cannot be undone.
Ask us by email (within 3 business days)
If you cannot get into the app, you can ask us to delete your account by email (English is welcome).
- Subject: [Account deletion request] Snowball
- Body: the email address you signed up with, or the email address used for your social login
We delete the account and its data within 3 business days of receiving the request and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Account information (email, nickname, profile)
- Saving records and the history of purchases you parked
- Expense and income entries, and recurring expense rules
- Financial goals and savings account information
- Assets and their transaction history
- Your own entries and comments in shared ledgers and trip ledgers
- Challenge and badge information
- Your inquiry history
- Push notification token (FCM)
