Baanbok(이하 "서비스")을 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 본 약관은 서비스 이용에 관한 조건 및 절차를 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용하시면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
본 약관은 baanbok(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 운동·식단 체크 앱 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무·책임에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
본 약관은 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다. 운영자는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지를 통해 사전 고지합니다. 변경된 약관은 고지 후 7일이 경과하면 효력이 발생합니다.
서비스는 회원가입 후 이용 가능합니다.
운영자는 서비스를 연중무휴 제공하는 것을 원칙으로 하되, 아래의 경우 서비스 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 서비스의 내용·기능·UI를 사전 고지 없이 변경할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
운영자는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 경우, 사전 통보 없이 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
서비스가 제공하는 운동·식단 기록, 추세 분석, 중량 진척 힌트 등은 참고용 정보이며, 의학적·영양학적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 이를 근거로 한 건강·운동상의 결정 및 그 결과에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
운영자는 서비스 중단, 데이터 손실 등으로 인한 손해에 대해 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스 내 모든 콘텐츠(텍스트, 이미지, UI 디자인, 아이콘 등)의 저작권은 운영자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 서비스 콘텐츠를 무단으로 복제·배포·수정할 수 없습니다. 단, 이용자가 직접 입력한 운동·식단 기록 등의 데이터는 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 관련 법령 및 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.
서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 당사자 간 협의를 우선으로 합니다. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결하며, 본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 합니다.

Thank you for using Baanbok (the "Service"). These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the workout & diet check app service (the "Service") provided by baanbok (the "Operator"), as well as the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Operator and users.
These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Service. The Operator may amend the Terms when necessary and will give prior notice within the app. Amended Terms take effect 7 days after such notice.
The Service is available after sign-up.
The Operator provides the Service year-round in principle, but may temporarily suspend it in the following cases:
The Operator may change the content, features and UI of the Service without prior notice.
Users must not engage in the following:
If a user violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Operator may restrict use or delete the account without prior notice.
The workout & diet records, trend analysis and lift-progression hints provided by the Service are for reference only and do not replace medical or nutritional advice. The Operator is not liable for health or exercise decisions made on this basis or their outcomes.
The Operator is not liable for damages from service interruption, data loss and the like, absent intent or gross negligence.
The copyright in all content within the Service (text, images, UI design, icons, etc.) belongs to the Operator. Users may not reproduce, distribute or modify Service content without permission. However, data entered directly by a user, such as workout & diet records, belongs to that user.
The Operator processes users' personal data in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
Disputes related to use of the Service are resolved by mutual agreement first. If no agreement is reached, they are resolved in the competent court under applicable law, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

利用者が本規約に違反し、または本サービスの正常な運営を妨げる場合、運営者は事前の通知なく利用を制限し、またはアカウントを削除することがあります。
本サービスが提供する運動・食事の記録、傾向分析、重量進捗のヒントなどは参考情報であり、医学的・栄養学的助言に代わるものではありません。これらに基づく健康・運動上の判断およびその結果について、運営者は責任を負いません。
運営者は、故意または重過失がない限り、サービスの中断やデータの損失などによる損害について責任を負いません。
本サービス内のすべてのコンテンツ(テキスト、画像、UIデザイン、アイコンなど)の著作権は運営者に帰属します。利用者は本サービスのコンテンツを無断で複製・配布・改変できません。ただし、利用者が直接入力した運動・食事の記録などのデータは、当該利用者に帰属します。
運営者は、利用者の個人情報を関係法令およびプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
本サービスの利用に関する紛争は、まず当事者間の協議により解決するものとします。協議が成立しない場合は、関係法令に基づく管轄裁判所で解決するものとし、本規約は大韓民国法を準拠法とします。

用户不得实施下列行为。
用户违反本条款或妨碍本服务正常运营的,运营者可不经事先通知限制其使用或删除其账号。
本服务提供的训练·饮食记录、趋势分析、重量进阶提示等仅供参考,不能替代医学·营养学建议。对基于此作出的健康·运动决定及其结果,运营者不承担责任。
除故意或重大过失外,运营者对因服务中断、数据丢失等造成的损害不承担责任。
本服务内所有内容(文本、图像、UI设计、图标等)的著作权归运营者所有。用户不得擅自复制·传播·修改本服务内容。但用户自行输入的训练·饮食记录等数据归用户所有。
运营者依照相关法律法规及隐私政策处理用户的个人信息。
与本服务使用相关的争议以当事人协商解决为先。协商不成的,由依相关法律确定的管辖法院解决,本条款以大韩民国法律为准据法。

Estos Términos establecen las condiciones y procedimientos de uso del servicio de app de control de entrenamiento y dieta (el "Servicio") proporcionado por baanbok (el "Operador"), así como los derechos, obligaciones y responsabilidades del Operador y de los usuarios.
Estos Términos se aplican a todos los usuarios que deseen usar el Servicio. El Operador puede modificarlos cuando sea necesario y lo notificará previamente dentro de la app. Los Términos modificados entran en vigor 7 días después de dicha notificación.
El Servicio está disponible tras el registro.
El Operador proporciona el Servicio durante todo el año como regla general, pero puede suspenderlo temporalmente en los siguientes casos:
El Operador puede cambiar el contenido, las funciones y la interfaz del Servicio sin previo aviso.
El usuario no debe realizar las siguientes conductas:
Si un usuario infringe estos Términos o interfiere con el funcionamiento normal del Servicio, el Operador puede restringir su uso o eliminar la cuenta sin previo aviso.
Los registros de entrenamiento y dieta, el análisis de tendencias y las sugerencias de progresión de cargas que ofrece el Servicio son solo de referencia y no sustituyen el consejo médico o nutricional. El Operador no es responsable de las decisiones de salud o ejercicio tomadas sobre esta base ni de sus resultados.
El Operador no responde de los daños derivados de interrupciones del servicio, pérdida de datos y similares, salvo dolo o negligencia grave.
Los derechos de autor de todo el contenido del Servicio (texto, imágenes, diseño de UI, iconos, etc.) pertenecen al Operador. El usuario no puede reproducir, distribuir ni modificar el contenido del Servicio sin permiso. No obstante, los datos introducidos directamente por el usuario, como los registros de entrenamiento y dieta, pertenecen al usuario.
El Operador trata los datos personales de los usuarios conforme a la legislación aplicable y a la Política de Privacidad.
Las disputas relacionadas con el uso del Servicio se resolverán preferentemente mediante acuerdo entre las partes. De no alcanzarse, se resolverán ante el tribunal competente conforme a la ley aplicable, y estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Corea.
